EmbodiedData

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES · 17 JULY 2026

Submit sources people can trust.

Every contribution is reviewed before it can appear in the public catalogue. Approval is not automatic.

Required provenance

Link to the publisher's legitimate dataset page. Explain who collected the data, which robot or platform was used, and what each episode contains.

Licence and consent

State the current licence accurately and submit only information and preview media you have permission to represent. Human data must have appropriate consent and privacy safeguards.

Beginner explanation

Describe the task in ordinary language, what a learner could train, and what hardware, storage or compute is realistically required.

Preview media

Prefer publisher-provided media with a clear source. Editorial illustrations must never be presented as genuine dataset frames.

Review outcomes

A submission may remain pending, be approved for metadata work, be rejected, or be published. EmbodiedData may edit wording for clarity without changing technical meaning.
